Successful website SEO is when you are found on first two pages of Google, or any search engine, for search terms relevant for your business … Organically (FOR FREE!!!) - In other words, your website showing up when people are searching for services like yours, when they have never heard of you before!

Successful SEO for new websites can take a while to get found on page one of Google. You have to take into consideration a whole number of things like image sizes, wording and image SEO, loading times, font usage, … even your competitors.

It is not an over-night job, and is very time consuming, but if done right, the benefits to any business can be huge!

SEO Case Study no 1:

In 2011, I was approached by a company who had a sports product and their website had been active for three years, but had not reached very high on any Google searches. Their website was a bit messy, with too much irrelevant information and nothing was SEO’d, not the wording on the site, nor the pictures. The images were the incorrect sizes and took too long to load and Google really didn’t like it, meaning the website was constantly being penalised and sent to the back of the queue and down the rankings!

As it was an old site, we decided it was better for me to start again and build a new website, with new, updated photos and SEO it all as I went. The website was built within two months and within four months was on page one of Google for various, relevant search terms. This was all completely down to the organic SEO I had created.

SEO Case Study no 2:

In 2016 I started working as a consultant for a business owner who offers a Hypnobirthing service. She herself had built a beautiful website, but was nowhere to be seen on any Search Engines.

I took control of getting her website listed on Google and other Search Engines and then worked with her to advise her with what she needed to change on her site. I added SEO to the background of her site and carry out monthly maintenance and any SEO requirements based on any changes that are made.

The website very quickly found itself on page 1 & 2 of Google for various and relevant search terms. My client was very happy with this and it has helped her business grow from strength to strength.

Case Study no 3:

In 2017 I started an online directory for local children & family events and services. By applying tailored SEO to every business that list on my website, I find that any event I list is normally found on page one of Google within just a few days and any business profile pages take sometime between 2-4 weeks.

That is pretty impressive, as often, the standard time can take at least four - six months … Even I am impressed!
